Old Photograph Restoration Services

Young, or not quite so young, most of us have pictures in our possession either from our own youth, or of previous generations that we understandably connect with, and are dear to us.

These images are important from a social history perspective. However many of these images seldom see the light of day, often languishing unseen in drawers because they are heavily faded, discoloured, damaged or even torn with bits missing, but poor quality retouching can be as distracting as the original damage, use image restoration photographers IOP to breath new life into these deeply personal and historically precious images, revealing hidden details from heavily faded images and restoring them to their former glory, preserving childhood memories or moments in history that will put a smile on your face and inform generations that follow.

Can My Photo Be Repaired?

You will be surprised at what we can achieve even if a photo is badly faded and even in more than one piece.

We would recommend that you take the best quality photo you can of the damaged print and send it to us by email. for us to access it and carry out a quick enhancement pre-test and let you know just how much detail we might expect to retrieve from full restoration without any obligation.


Getting your image to us

We will get far superior results if we have the original image to work on, these precious images are by their nature irreplaceable, so ideally we would prefer images to be dropped off and collected in person by appointment to our Tideswell or Manchester address. Originals will be be returned by recorded post at the customers risk following full payment being received.
